Husbatruis provides professional pet walking and dog foster care services in Ottawa, Canada. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Professional dog walking services
  • Temporary foster care for dogs
  • Basic training support and consultation
  • Pet care advice and guidance

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your pet(s)
  • Ensure your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations
  • Inform us of any behavioral issues or special needs
  • Pay for services in accordance with our pricing structure
  • Respect our staff and follow our policies

4. Service Limitations

Our services are subject to the following limitations:

  • Services are available within Ottawa and surrounding areas
  • Emergency veterinary care is not included in our services
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive or dangerous animals
  • Service availability is subject to staff availability and weather conditions

5. Liability and Insurance

Husbatruis maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing medical conditions
  • Injuries resulting from aggressive behavior between animals
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

6. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods and reserve the right to charge late fees for overdue accounts.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
